You must be at least 21 years of age to open a raf99 account. All members are subject to mandatory KYC identity verification using a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) before their first withdrawal is processed.
Each individual may hold exactly one raf99 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited. Account credentials are personal and must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances.
All deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts on raf99 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). raf99 does not charge currency conversion fees; the platform operates exclusively in IDR for all Indonesian member accounts.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering conditions are stated clearly in the relevant promotion page and apply as written, without exception.
Members are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. raf99 strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) and will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to credential sharing or inadequate password hygiene.
raf99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, use of automated software, collusion, or misrepresentation of identity or age.
Important notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and raf99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not create an account or use the raf99 platform in any capacity.
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

Any Account opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any balances therein forfeited in their entirety upon discovery of the age violation.
The Platform is operated and marketed primarily for adult residents of Indonesia. By opening an Account, you represent that you are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise legally permitted to access and use online betting services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. raf99 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

Important: raf99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the stipulated timeframe will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests.
To open an Account, you must complete the raf99 registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide a valid email address, a mobile telephone number registered in Indonesia, and a date of birth. You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for selecting a secure password and for maintaining its confidentiality. raf99 recommends a password of at least 12 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. You must not disclose your password to any third party. raf99 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
Each Member may hold only one Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. raf99 employs device-fingerprinting, IP analysis, and identity-matching systems to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate Accounts will be closed and any accumulated Balances may be forfeited.
Before raf99 will process a Member's first withdrawal, the Member must complete the KYC verification process by submitting:
KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. raf99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the Member's relationship with the Platform.
raf99 currently accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional security verification.
Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are typically credited to a Member's Account within 5 minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the sending bank. Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited within 1 to 3 minutes. raf99 is not responsible for delays attributable to the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of the deposit and possible suspension of your Account. raf99 does not accept deposits in any currency other than IDR.
If a deposit does not appear in your Account Balance within 30 minutes of the transfer, you should contact raf99 support via live chat and provide the transfer receipt or screenshot as proof. raf99 will investigate and, where the funds have been received, credit the Account accordingly within a reasonable timeframe.
Withdrawals may only be requested by Members who have completed KYC verification (see Section 4.4). The withdrawal destination must be a payment account registered in the Member's own name matching the KYC records held by raf99. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Daily withdrawal limits apply per account tier and are displayed within the Account dashboard. Members requiring higher withdrawal limits may contact support to discuss tier upgrade eligibility following enhanced verification.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members are processed by the raf99 payments team within 2 to 15 minutes during peak Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) operating hours, typically between 08:00 and 24:00 WIB. Withdrawals submitted outside peak hours or during high-volume periods may take up to 24 hours. These timeframes do not include any processing time applied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider, which is outside raf99's control.
A withdrawal request will be held or declined if:
Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. raf99 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant accounts until the balance is exhausted or the Member reactivates the Account by logging in and completing a fresh identity verification step.
raf99 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion and to the general terms set out in this Section 7.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all Bonuses must be wagered a minimum of 10 times the bonus amount in eligible games before any winnings derived from that Bonus may be withdrawn. The eligible game list and any game-specific wagering contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion page.
Bonuses that have not been claimed within the stated claim window, or whose wagering requirements have not been fulfilled within the stated completion window (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of grant, as specified per promotion), will automatically expire and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation.
raf99 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to deplete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, opening duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, and colluding with other members to manipulate bonus completion. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and the relevant Bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
The new-member welcome bonus is limited to one claim per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. raf99 reserves the right to decline the welcome bonus to any Member whose account circumstances suggest the offer has previously been claimed, whether or not under the same identity.
All sportsbook bets placed on raf99 are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type within the sportsbook interface. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds at the time of placement and the odds applied to a settled bet due to a technical or data feed error, raf99 reserves the right to void or amend the bet and re-settle at the correct odds. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the bet to return a winning payout; a single void leg in a parlay reduces the bet to the remaining legs unless stated otherwise for the applicable market.
Live casino games on raf99 are provided by internationally licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The results of live casino games are determined by physical outcomes — human dealers, physical cards, physical roulette wheels — streamed live. In the event of a disconnection or stream failure during a live casino hand or round, the result that was determined at the game table at the time of the disconnection stands and will be settled accordingly once the connection is restored.
All slot game outcomes on raf99 are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems operated by the relevant game studio. raf99 does not intervene in the RNG process in any way. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or communication breakdown that results in a bet being placed at incorrect odds, a game being interrupted mid-round, or a payout being calculated incorrectly, raf99 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the Member's Account Balance. This applies regardless of whether the error was in the Member's favour or against it.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of raf99. Any unauthorised use of raf99 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, raf99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:
Nothing in this clause shall limit raf99's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by raf99's gross negligence. raf99's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
raf99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By opening an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. raf99 does not sell Member personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the Platform (payment processors, KYC verification services, game studios) under contractual data protection obligations.
raf99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, raf99 will notify Members via the email address registered to their Account and will display a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the most recent version is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally accepted principles of online gaming regulation. raf99 is licensed and regulated internationally; Members are advised that the online gaming regulatory environment in Indonesia does not provide domestic consumer protections specifically applicable to online betting.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and raf99 regarding the application of these Terms & Conditions, the Member should first contact raf99 support in writing via email to [email protected] and allow raf99 a minimum of 10 business days to investigate and respond. raf99 is committed to resolving Member disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner.
